SESSION AGREEMENT

PLANNING SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of information gathering and sharing over the phone and in person sessions.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but for one time only, deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Travel Advisor and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: For in person appointments, Client will arrive 10 minutes early to maximise time. No Show forfeit the deposit paid and another deposit will be required to rescheduled appointment.
